Weekend Pickups: We kindly inform you that our weekend pickups are scheduled as follows: By 4:30pm, our facility will be closed to the public, and at that time, we will begin the process of boarding the dogs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Weekday Pick-Ups: Kindly ensure you collect your dog by our closing time, which is precisely 6:30 PM. We offer a grace period until 6:45 PM. Beyond this time, our staff remains on patrol, and a fee of $25 will be charged, By 7:00, our facility is closed to the public, and at that time, we will begin the process of boarding the dogs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Welcome to Happy Tails, where we proudly proclaim 'We Feed For FREE.' You have the choice to provide your pet's meals or opt for our $5-a-day food plan. Our dedicated management is committed to ensuring every animal enjoys a healthy and joyful experience. We firmly believe that a nutritious diet is key for dogs to seamlessly adapt to their new environment. Our offering includes Natures Recipe dry food, catering to most dogs' needs. Our attentive staff follows your feeding instructions diligently. Home treats are greeted with enthusiasm, and pets have constant access to fresh water. A friendly reminder: kindly label your furry friend's food containers with their name for easy identification. Rest assured, we have an ample supply of pristine stainless steel dog bowls. We kindly request you not to bring your own, as this helps prevent any mix-ups.
A Boarding Deposit is necessary. We don't use crates. Deposits secure your space and a 30% cancellation fee applies due to our dog acceptance limit.
